One of the reasons my clients are stressed and burnt out is because they have no systems and strategies in place for their business. We often back into creating systems as a result of business picking up and things starting to get lost in the process. Here’s the thing though - if you don’t have systems and strategies in place, you’ll actually end up costing yourself money in the form of client dissatisfaction and overwhelm at taking over new clients.
Most people confuse the two but business strategists and business coaches are different and serve different needs in your business. When I decided to pivot into serving businesswomen, I purposely chose to work as a strategist instead of a coach. Outside of there being A LOT of business coaches out there, I know that my strengths lie in planning. What I’m best at is helping others create plans to work towards achieving goals. While most coaching deals with mindsets (and mindset is important), over in these parts we’re getting to work!
